Poor service and non maintenance of buses

If there was a zero rating I'd give to this business as it's what they deserve. Been stuck for 2hrs on the bus from JHB to Idutywa with no communication from drivers. Head Office Call Centre informs us that if you cancel this trip you won't be refunded although this is from their poor service as the bus broke down. Eldo Coach buses must be inspected for road worthiness as they're are a risk to passengers
