Poor service and no covid restrictions practiced.

I have booked my 67 year old mom a ticket with Eldos for the 6th of August 2021. When i arrived at Parkstaion to drop my mom off there was a long line and no signs indicating that this was the line for Eldos bus services, there were no practice of social distancing as per covid regulations. Pepole were literally standing in contact with each other. When we reached the bus there was no sanatizing nor seat spaceing the bus was full to capacity. I got a call later the morning from my mom who said they were stopped and they wanted to impound the bus due to infringements from the owner. The driver recived a ticket and was allowed to drive the passangers down to Durban. In essence of all this lives are put at stake for merely making money. The department of health or the nessasary authorities needs to get involved and investigate the manner of how this bussiness operates.
