Poor service and lack of customer care

I was stuck for more than 10 hours and today my kids have been stuck from 12am today until now from Mtata to Pretoria. They are not organising alternative transport. Kids don't have food or water. No assistance from Eldo office they have rude stuff at Bossman Station and Mthatha.
