Poor service and health hazard

Eldo is kaak The bus smells like **** On Friday the bus got stuck and there was no apology whatsoever Today we’ve been stuck from 16:00 it’s now 20:17 my question is when we get to Johannesburg park station who’s gonna take us to our final destination

We hungry and tired and eldo coach is saying sorry for the inconvenience

The service is very bad and pathetic
