Poor service

Good day Eldo couches is providing a poor service as on the 10th January 2022 my 2 nephews were supposed to departure at 18:00 from Matatiele to jhb/Pta but the bus came at 20 :00 and again on the 11th January 2022 my wife and my daughter were supposed to departure at 18:05 but the bus came at 19:00 where by around 3:30am they are stucked on the mud till now in Hartismith
