Poor service

From CPT to Midrand We get to wait at park station, and the drivers are not explaining anything to the passenger, and eventually after a long wait another bus came and the drivers are not even enforcing mask rule, which is a rule for everybody.Their drivers are unprofessional and they speak their language regardless of whether the passengers understand the language or not
