Poor Service

The buses are often breaking down and inconveniencing clients. It makes one wonder how road worthy the buses are as the break down so often. The delay to clients ranges from 1 hour and the last experience was a 9 hour delay. I logged a complaint on Friday morning and I have not had any feedback since then, despite being informed by an employee that the TAT is 24 hours. This is poor management and poor service on their part.
