Poor service
Poor service ever 1 could face even taxi is better than it My ticket when i was booking from shoprite said bus departure time is 01:20 now 01:50 n nothing has happened i called help desk more than 15 times bt no pickup kanti what is the use for help desk at eldo/my bus service? A woman on the street at this time with no one to help in this cruel world we living at... I really want a serious apology from management of this company
