Poor service

I bought a tickets for 2 and waited for 2 hours. They took my mom to take gautrain. They didn't even bother to send with other assistance. 😡😡😡😡😡😡. Your service is poor and you do not communicating. I will never take this bus again. O wish i can get refund because it was so expensive for nothing
