Poor service

Good day

I booked a bus ticket from Johannesburg to Durban on the 12th and Returning on the 14th march 2021 Friday where were told the bus is delayed by 30 minutes we going to leave at 8am instead of 7.30am, bus arrived at 8.30am and we left Johannesburg at 8.45

I arrived at my destination late and all arranged I made for the day failed, extra cost added for this to get to my destination because of this delay

Sunday 14th returning from Durban to joburg, the bus was nice and double desk and we left 5minutes late not too bad, then on the road the bus aircon was blowing hot air . it was so so hot . we drove until Pietermaritzburg that’s when the driver decided he will call another bus from Durban that has aircon that’s working another two hour delay . we were stark in the heat for almost 2hours waiting for another bus finally it arrived we left around 15.30pm coming to joburg. Guess what time we arrived on a Sunday evening 20.45pm where am staying theirs no transport at that time had to taxify spend R235.00 to get home safe because your delays

Am so angry I will never use your services again after so many years I trusted you guys even brought my friend and family on board for what really?

Worse part going to Durban there were 3 guys drunk and smoking inside the bus toilet the driver did nothing about this nothing at all I was coughing until I arrived at Durban because of the smoking the bought more booze got drunk driver silent Only the driver that was coming back on Sunday disciplined the guys that was drinking in the bus took their alcohol and promised to drop them off at the nearest police station
