Poor service

I booked a ticket to the Eastern Cape for the 8th of this month. After the president update to the country and prohibited all travel to and fro Gauteng, I wanted a refund for the ticket booked already and was told by a very rudw consultant that I cannot get a refund as if I am cancelling the ticket for the fun of it but because president addressed the nation about such changes. Never been this frustrated in my life.
