Poor management

I used this bus on 11 december 2020 to travel home from Pretoria to durban. I lost my bag on the bus, because of the bags port didn't separate our bags with the name tags, so now I have been in their office in durban station, and even now they is no way forward. I even told them, that this bag had my I'd book with my qualification.
