Poor maintained fleet with bad customer service

Firstly the bus was late, and now its stuck merely 100km from Johannesburg. No communication. We are freezing with children on the bus. Disgusting poor customer service with a poorly maintained fleet that breaks down. I wish I read reviews before making 7se of this bus service. Never again.
