Poor level of service

I called their contact centre to cancel my bus and book for another was didn't get any respond. On my arrival was told have to book new one not even given the option to pay penalty fee and reuse my privious ticket. We are leaving in taugh times of covid and experiencing job losses the least they could do is appreciate customers and have discretion.
