Poor customer service

They have a very poor customer service, my beg was ****** from their bus compartment, the very sad thing this ordeal has en happening to many other customer. They promised to me of which they haven't they don't care about their customers. They had over load in it, have the gull to ask passengers with kids to carry their kids on the lap from Mount frere to JhB
