Poor customer service at Eldo Coaches head office

I spoke to supervisor Selezli at Eldo Coaches head office and she refused to accomodate the passengers i was calling on behalf of (pensioners). The passengers didn't board the bus because eldo coaches did not list the exact pick up point on the receipt that was printed. The passengers lost their money because of this. It is a shame that Selezli also made it to sound as if I was lying - she listened to the call recording between me and another consultant and repeatedly imp**** that i was lying about where the passengers were standing. She didn't give me any options for still making use of the tickets - be it by paying a small additional fee to use them or a refund. Poor and impersonal service. Plain greed. Very disappointed
