Poor Customer Service and lack of communication

Eldo Coaches from Umthatha to Johannesburg on the 2nd of January 2022 supposed to depart at 15:00 was the worst I have ever experienced.

They did not announce the bus when it arrives to check inn. We kept on chasing and running for buses that were all for 15:00pm and the staff was very ******** and about that, we had to go through sewer with our bags in order to take the bus and there was no proper check inn. When we got to the traffic cops the bus turned back with no explanation or what do ever. The only thing the driver could say is that he knew what was the issue

We departed at 15:40pm, which was literally 40 minutes later no apologies or explanation. Eldo staff need to be trained on customer service and problem solving the n order to be able to handle complex issues without showing irritation like in the case our case. Very poor service they actually deserved a -0 star 🌟 review from me
