Poor Customer Service

I received such a bad service from eldo coaches.1.The arrived in Bellville very LATE with no communication made about the delay. 2. The drivers intentionally left me in Beaufort West(Engine Garage)in the middle of the night Tuesday. I phoned their customer care they asked me for another bus that left Cape Town 19:00, second bus arrived and the driver didn't want to take me. I asked the agent to tell the driver to drop my bag in Klerksdorp drop off point, I'm here now in Klerksdorp they are telling me that my bag is in Johannesburg. Drivers were so rude, they were busy with their phones while driving.I'm so disappointed
