Poor Bus Ride Service

OH MY GOD! I don't know where to start. From entering the bus, it took 25 minutes, all coz the drivers had to go to the toilet. Like really? Couldn't they go before they decided to come fetch us? Anyways... Upon entering the bus, my seat was wet. Literally, it was wet. Was given a new seat. Driver started playing loud RnB music. 2 hours into the ride, BOOM, air suspension has issues. Driver is afraid to drive, as he says it can mess up the breaking system. Wow, the driver actually cared :-) We were told a replacement part is coming, its 60 km's away. 4 hours later, only then the replacement part comes. 4 hours later. Oh, and it took them another 2 hours to install the part. After that, the bus never drove over 80km again. What was meant to be a 12 hour ride, ended up being a 20 hour ride. I won't even bother requesting a refund, surely you guys don't care!!! On my way out, at Cape Town Bus Terminal, the driver told us that the bus didn't belong to Eldo Coaches. It's a privately owned bus, which then made perfect sense. No wonder the two drivers didn't have any uniform to begin with. He notified us, that when Eldo buses are full, he gets called to bring in his own bus. Which has a Eldo sticker on the side. What a joke!!! The driver didn't even go through the Huguenot tunnel. He went up the mountains, just to avoid paying!!! WOW! Scariest road I've ever taken...

I would advice who ever thinks of getting on an Eldo bus, to turn back around. Only way of getting a better rating, REFUND!
