Poor bus management

On the 07/12/21 I to ab eldo coach from jhb to Cape Town, the bus was meant to depart parkstation at 1300hrs we ended up departing at 1430hrs because the bus came late ,the air conditioning wasn't working and the heater was always on in a bus tht doesn't open windows so we traveled all the way being cooked by the heater,when I asked the core driver about it he said the controll unit tht controlls the heater and air-condition was broken, apart from all tht the bus had ****roachs al***** the bus .Never again will I make a mistake to travel with eldo, it has poor standards and bad customer service. Even the lights inside the bus wasn't working, the bus wasn't roadwork at all .reg JV33TSGP
