POOR AND DISGUSTING SERVICE ELDO COACHES

I've never experienced such an inconvenience like this before the service is pathetic and so disgusting having to wait for 2 hours for a bus from Johannesburg to Queenstown, Eldo coaches is very useless and so unprofessional they don't communicate with their customers and they don't care about them the only thing they care about is money not the service , if tables were turned they would have left me here with no refund or organizing for the customer.
