Pooooooooooooooor service

I’m not happy how they treated my mother,eldo coaches service agent have poor service no proper communication my mother booked a ticket for return Only to find out the return was suppose to be yesterday while she clearly communicated that she’s coming back Monday ...my mother is old and she can’t see properly ...so just signed without reading the ticket ...so they don’t want to refund her for their own mistake and now she had to buy new ticket....and no one wants to resolve that
