Plz refund me

Very bad services booked a bus for 29-04-2022 from Midway Estcourt (KZN) to Midrand. It was supposed to depart at 13:05. The bus never pitched. I called the customer care number after so many hours a lady answered and told me that the bus was there and they took a passenger to Pretoria. Then she promised to call back as I told her that no bus was there. That was the last I heard from her. Late at night I called again the guy confirmed that there was no bus at that time. All I need now is for a refund I have sent emails and I got no feedback. My ref is ACE2L1. Very disappointed. Busi
