Please people don't book this bus you will regret it

Buses always late bought a ticket from Durban to Pretoria for 6:45am, and the bus was delayed by 2hr to make matters worse the bus had a breakdown and it was delayed for another 3hrs, we were supposed to get to Pretoria around 17:00 we only arrived around 21:00 no apology or anything my cousins have to book around Pretoria since can't find taxis to winyerveld, you have made our trip to be the worst
