Pathetic Service, with *********** Support Structure, ...

Booked a Bus to Pretoria from Kuruman for 21h25-29/06/2022, it never arrived because of 2 breakdowns that happened on route to my pick up point. I literally slept at the Garage(Pick-Up point), to make matters worse no-one picked up my calls after midnight. When I requested refund, I was told they don't do refunds instead they can book me a seat for another trip that's the company Policy unless its a cancellation. When I tried to reason with 1 of the *********** managers that the fact it didn't arrive it was Cancellation from their side (by Breakdown), he dropped the phone.

I am being refused my refund and being forced to take another trip with their Company (Pathetic, *********** Personnel and Equipment).

May Safety, Health and Commitments were not taken into consideration.

To make matters worse, when I called again I was told Lloyd Chetty will come back to you.

"I WANT MY REFUND"
