Pathetic service with Eldo couches endagering our kid
Good day
I am a very unhappy client of eldo couches booked a bus from Pietermaritzburg to Pretoria on15 July 2018, The bus ended in JHB park station and the driver refused to go to Pretoria my son who was travelling alone with laggage was stranded around 22pm at night. He arrived at Bosman in a quantum cumbi. How is that possible. If my son got involved in an accident in that taxi who was gonna be liable for that because I booked a bus not taxi. The driver is apparently reported to be very rude to customers. I am really not happy and I promise to take this matter forward. My son is only 18 by the way. Ticket no AAGDYD1.
