Pathetic Service Incompetence and not reliable

Your service it's pathetic, incompetence and not reliable, I've checked the previous reviews client are complaining about the same thing over and over and what is the company doing about that ? , Always having mechanical issues, don't keep the time, why are you gambling with our lives as we speak I'm stucked@ Maritzburg due to mechanical issues and it's not for the first time .
