Pathetic Service From Eldo Coaches

We've been travelling with Eldo Coaches for years but I have never, ever experienced such bad service. My 60 year old grandmother booked a ticket from Cape Town to Eldorado Park Police Station, when she got to Park Station she was told that there were no busses to Eldos and that she had to arrange her own transport. How does Eldo Coaches expect a 60 year old woman from Cape Town to find her way to Eldorado Park? When asked to speak to a consultant, we were told that they were all "too busy". Absolutely pathetic service from Eldo Coaches.
