Pathetic service

Such pathetic services, accompanied by rude consultants. My nephew boarded the bus at the Durban beach front and was dropped off at the Durban station. Was somehow left by the bus because nobody explained why they were being dropped off. The call centre agent rudely told me that I must buy another ticket, they will not reschedule or refund.
