Pathetic service. Do not recommend Eldo

As a first time taking Eldo, with high hopes I am highly disappointed at the service received.

1) We were meant to take the 21:45 bus from PE to CPT instead the bus arrived at 23:45 (pathetic!). No apologies, no reason given.

2) It was raining most of the way and through out the night and the wipers of the bus were not working and visibility was extremely poor and the bus kept shaking.

3) The driver stopped in the middle of no where leaving the doors open to dry wet windows in the rain (this is unsafe and other companies have regulations against when and where the doors can open due to the high crime in SA)

4) WE WERE REFUSED TOILET BREAKS! This was the cherry on top. By the time we reached Caledon we had only 1 toilet stop in mossel bay and when a stop was requested the driver, I quote "There is no time for stops I am late". He refused the request and said to wait till Somerset.. 70km further and close to our destination.

5) No toilet on board! Or at least no operating one.

The service was pathetic and going forward I will openly advise others against using this service!
