Pathetic service!

I booked a bus ticket for my mum from Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg. It was scheduled to depart Pietermaritzburg on on 5th July 2022 at 12h05 pm. Thus bus only arrived at 14h45. The delay was "we have anew driver who doesnt know the road". The bus eventually left Pietermaritzburg at 15h00. Arrived at the halfway stop at 17h15. The left the halfway point to continue the journey after 30 minutes only to stop again after 5 minutes to fill water because there was a leaky pipe on the bus. All the dashboard lights are on. There is water alll over the engine bay. Eldo Coaches head office isnt answering the call from the driver. Currently all passengers sitting in the bus waiting for someone to help.
