Pathetic service

I booked a ticket yesterday from Durban to Joburg for 10h15 but the bus arrived at 11h00 at Durban station. the rest room was out of order, air-conditioning was malfunctional and the worst part we arrived at 20h00, the driver did not enter park station we had to get off outside the station. The company does not consider passengers safety. so disappointed
