Pathetic service

Not even deserving of a 1 star. Busses are ALWAYS late. Generally between 1 to 2 hours late to collect passengers. Usually 3 hours plus late to final destination. My son travels regularly jhb to kzn and back. Always the case with them. They dont answer calls, dont keep you updated. Pathetic service.
