Pathetic service by Eldo Couches

The worst bus I have ever experienced in my life. The bus was to depart Pietermaritzburg today at 9:30 but only arrived at 11:45. The seats were horrible, uncomfortable and small. The toilet didn't have water and was smelling the entire trip, I even have a very bad headache as I'm writing this. The bus only arrived at Johannesburg at 18;50 and we were just dumped outside Park Station and told to take our bags and walk all the way to gate 6. When we hot there, there was no bus and had to wait yet another 30mnts for the bus to Pretoria. The bus was to reach Pretoria at 5pm but only arrived at 8pm. I will never use thus bus even if it's R20.00
