Pathetic Service By Eldo Coaches, definitely 1 star bus and definitely not the Airline of the Motor Way

Absolutely pathetic services by eldo coaches. Misadvertising and falsely misleading their customers. I have sent both recent complaints to Eldo Coaches Facebook Page and no response todate. Second trip in this week and with a problem bus. Today's bus (B250) on 27 October 2018, Bus from Parkstation to Durban. Aircon not working, bus smells of urine in the heat, perspiring like crazy. Complained to the driver only to be told that your institution (Else's) not fixing the buses..... Disgusted with your services came up Monday evening bus heater was not working stuck on aircon two extremely frustrating anomalies. Instead of punting your new buses on your Facebook Web page why not fix your current fleet.... Disgusted loyalty member card privilege not worth the plastic it's printed on... I will not hold my breath for a reply as staff at your offices were rude to previous complaints and Eldo Coaches does not respond to loyal customer complaints
