Pathetic service at the new Greyhound branded service delivered by Eldo Coaches

I bought a return Greyhound Premium bus travel ticket, a 22:00 service between Johannesburg to Durban. The stuff is always confused and at all times can't give direct answers. My Wednesday, the bus left Johannesburg at 23:30. The Durban returning bus is even worse, the Greyhound Premium bus did not even pitch. They loaded us into their commercial liner 'citiliner', no apology or explanation given for the change in bus status. Mind you this change directly impacts the fell, space and comfort of the trip. Not to mention, this is also late, 22:43 then only we are on our way.
