Pathetic service

Eldo coaches should honestly keep up with time and customer service not forgetting communication with travellers😡😡😡the prices are quick to increase and we told to be at the departing place 30 minutes before but Eldo coaches drivers are easily 30 minutes late or even longer. I booked a bus that was supposed to leave at 9:30 from Pretoria to Pietermaritzburg specifically cause I wanted to be back in Pietermaritzburg early but a shuttle picks us up at 10am and leaves at park station it’s going for 12 and the bus is still not here.Pathetic service😡😡😡There is no communication to apologise for them ever being late but you got to understand
