Pathetic Service

What a sorry excise you are for a bus company. Late again, today by more than 2 hours already and with none of your phone operators responding to phone calls. From Brake failures to Hydraulic problems to other mechanical issues, your service is pathetic. I will write to the transport department to enquire if your license can be provoked. You are a danger to yourself and playing with passengers' lives, not to mention the rude service from your agents if they do decide to answer the phones. I wish I could give you a -20 score for incompetence.
