Pathetic service

On the 3rd of August, I booked a bus ticket for my bf. He was supposed to be in Bellville early morning to be ready for an interview. The bus collected him parlst 3 the morning and only got in belville past 12, so he could not make it in time for the interview. They did not notify me of busses being late. I would like a refund. I emailed them the 4th of August and still no reply. Absolutely disgust
