Pathetic service

What a partertic service we got from Eldo coaches. Firstly our bus was at 9pm. Just before 8pm we received a text stating the bus was abit delayed. I got to the park station we waited for more than an hour. No one is communicating with us nor updating us. The next thing we were moved to stand a line and made to walk outside the station to catch the bus. It wasn't a branded bus of eldos. The driver was rude as hell and pushed me so he can go pass. We left and the driver stopped at a caltex garage without communicating with us. Told us it's a 15 mins break. We couldn't buy anything to eat as that garage only sells chicken. I asked one of your Eldo drivers if we could stop at montrose to get something to eat. He said its ok. But as soon as the bus took off he went to sleep and called the rude driver that he must drive pass montrose. Like really now guys majority of us last ate at work. And when did it change to not have a half way stop at montrose. I'm really disappointed on the service and attitude your drivers have towards to your passengers
