Pathetic service

Pathetic service , will never travel with this bus anymore . The staff , OMW ! It seems like they were all not trained on how to treat and talk to their clients . By all I mean the ladies at the Cape Town Station Kiosk and your drivers . Had an awful journey ! The day I was travelling , the bus was fully booked , yet when you go to Pick n Pay . You get the bus for the day , we ended up travelling with a bus that I think travels locally ( Salfred's) , with no toilet , small seats ,the driver's driving at what ever speed(km's) they liked and air conditioners not working . I WILL NEVER AGAIN !!!!!
