Pathetic service

Eldo coaches does not even deserve 1 star. Had there been 0 stars that would be my honest rating. My nephews booked a 09:30 bus on the 18th of December 2022 Their bus only came after 2pm. We went to signet to find out whats happening and no one there would help. We specifically booked a morning bus because they did not want to travel at night. They arrived in Durban around 1am next morning.

23rd December myself and husband took the bus down. The 20:30 was also late. When we got to halfway and the bus lights came on, there was full ****roaches on the bus. It was so disgusting. The place I was sitting at, literally had baby ****roaches coming out of the linings by the seat and window of the bus.

26th we had a return ticket to come back. The bus that we was in had a light on the desk board ( Abs Malfunction ) there was a noise by the tyre of the bus the entire way back to jhb.

I have never been so disgusted at such pathetic service from a service provider. Eldo coaches used to be such a well known bus line provider, their busses used to be clean and road worthy.

I will never take this bus again and I will tell anyone I meet to never use this bus line. Eldo coaches does not care about its customers. They don't reply to reviews. Their call centre and stores are not helpful. This service needs to be published in the papers because everyone needs to know how pathetic your services are.
