Pathetic service

Hi I booked a ticket for the 26th Oct for my girlfriend from George to Port Shepstone, bus stopped in Kokstad for a short break for few minutes and your driver's left her there. They didn't even double check if all the passenger were on board before driving away, they just dropped her belongings in durban station and left, she lost her cellphone and money due to this. I don't think this is the kind of service we pay our money for. I am really not happy with the kind of service my girlfriend received from your drivers, they've put her life at risk as she didn't have anyone she knows around Kokstad, no phone and no money and your drivers just drove away without checking on passengers. And after sending an email to them no one bothered to contact me and explain or apologize for the appalling service my partner received from them.
