Pathetic service

I am currently on the bus to Joburg from PE first of all the drivers are very rude they treat clients like trash and they didn't even want to stop for refreshment when we ask when is the bus stopping they just ignore. Your drivers should do customer service course I will never book again or get into an Eldo bus never!!!!
