Pathetic service

Pathetic service and unacceptable behaviour from their staff. Waited 4.5 hours on Friday 10th March at Durban station, today 12 March waited 5.5 hours at their offices in Signet Terrace. No sign of the totally unacceptable. The staff at their office is either dumb founded or ******** about the situation. Their call centre is non existent. To top it off on our way to Durban the driver is on his phone putting peoples lives in danger total disregard for the rules of the road I have pictures. This company should be reported to the department of transport. Do not use this bus service again and to other passengers please stay away. They take your money and fail to provide at service which they supposed to provide.
