Pathetic regard for customers

My bus was supposed to leave Vryheid at 15:00 to Durban. At 14:30 i got an sms saying the busy will be delayed abit and that we must wait. Its 17:30 right now and the bus is not here.... I have calles tje customer care number 3 times and I hold for over 30 minutes with no pick up.

The whataapp line has no response. Honestly this bus is run like and informal taxi business with no regard for customers.... I paid R600 to stand for 3 hours. When i get to Durban how the hell will i get home... ELDO IS REALLY PATHETIC
