PATHETIC, DISGUSTING SERVICE

I am terribly disgusted at the service received from you guys this past Saturday 04 February 2023.

I had to Grannys aged 75 with health issues that were supposed to leave for Pietermaritzburg from Midrand at 7:55am on a Citiliner Plus Bus.

We got there, the bus was delayed, Greyhound then fetched them at 10am, to which they were taken to Park Station and made to sit there because they were told there was no bus for them!!!!!

I called you guys at 12, when i was notified and then they were put onto an Eldo bus!

They were then pushed around in the bus until my one gran was in tears because she can barely walk!

I am utterly dissappointed but more so disgusted! no elderly person should have to go through that agony!!!
