Pathetic customer experience

I feel that Eldo coaches service is so pathetic!! My sister is still waiting for a bus that was supposed to departure at 18:10 in Bellville Cape Town. Time now is 20:39 they are still waiting!!! No apology whatsoever from the bus services instead the staff is swearing at each other in front of customers. What a pathetic customer experience!!!
