Pathetic bus service 😡 Never again 😡

Currently in a bus on a bus to Durban, first it arrived 2 and a half hours later, than they sent a broken bus with ****roaches in the toilet and on the seats and windows.right now at 11pm we are stuck at Park station without any explanation.what the hell kind of service is this 😡
