OVERDUE REFUND!!!

I have been waiting for a refund from Eldo Coaches for over 4 weeks now and according to their policy it takes between 7 to 21 days. The staff is ***********, I have been calling to find out about my refund but I am being referred from Pillar to Pillar! If I get through to them I just get to an *********** receptionist who cannot assist me at all or the Phone just rings till it drops. The service is appalling and they don't seem to care about their customers!!! I just want my refund as I never got to use their services due to unforseen matters.
